Choux is a light and airy dough used to make a variety of classic French pastries (Profiteroles, éclairs, Paris-Brest...).

Discover our selection of handmade choux, available in a variety of mouthwatering flavors. Each choux is crafted with care, offering a perfect balance of light pastry and rich, creamy fillings. From classic flavors to more unique combinations, there's something for every taste. For each flavor, a minimum order of 6 choux is required.
