​After 20 years in communication, I decided to take a new direction in life by dedicating myself to my lifelong passion: pastry-making. Two years ago, I took the plunge and earned my CAP in pastry, just before moving to Melbourne with my husband and our three children.
Upon arriving in Australia, I had the opportunity to work in a French bakery, but after five months, I decided to go independent to create confections that truly reflect my style. Since then, I’ve been baking from home, crafting homemade French treats.
I also organize pastry workshops at home for small groups of five. My goal? To share my expertise and passion in a friendly and warm atmosphere. For me, pastry, like communication, is an art that requires precision, attention to detail, and a love for what you do.
